All personal information you provide to Simple Things will be handled in a responsible and personal manner and will not be passed on to third parties. You have the right to consult the information provided and will always have the right to ask Simple Things to delete or change in our records any or all of the personal information you provided.
All content and information on is owned by Simple Things. This content includes the trademark Simple Things, texts, images and videos. Any use, reproduction, copying or disclosure of any element contained in the site is subject to prior authorization by Simple Things.
The prices shown on all products on the Simple Things website include TVA. The price applied will correspond to the date the order was made. The cost of sending orders is on behalf of the buyer, unless otherwise indicated, and adds to the total value of the purchase. The amount must be confirmed before the purchase. Simple Things reserves the right to change prices at any time. In the event of a computer error, manual, technical, or any other source that causes a substantial change not provided for Simple Things in the retail price, the purchase order will be considered invalid and void.
All products remain the property of Simple Things until the payment is made. The amount charged is the one corresponding to the value presented on the day of the order. The value of the shipping costs will be confirmed and acknowledged before confirming the purchase.
Shipping & Returns
The product will be shipped upon receipt of payment.
Contact Simple Things before returning the article (firstname.lastname@example.org). You can return it within 15 days of purchase. The item has to be returned without any use. The return costs are the customer's responsibility, except for some cases to be decided according to the reason for the return.
Contact Simple Things before returning the article (email@example.com) It is important that in returning an item, you tell Simple Things why you are doing so. In the case of articles that have a manufacturing defect, Simple Things assumes not only its total reimbursement, but also the costs inherent to its return. In these cases the customer should send an email to indicating the defect of the article and wait for indications for its return.
You can return the item within 15 days of purchase. The item has to be returned without any use and in the original packaging. If it has been used or is deteriorated there will be no refund of the purchase value. Include contact information and if possible the registration number of your order upon return. Simple Things suggests that you return it by registered mail and inform us of the order number provided by Poste. It facilitates the tracking of the return if necessary.
If the order has gone astray or if, as soon as it is received, the item is found to be damaged, you should immediately inform Simple Things (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Unclaimed or Missed Orders
In the event of loss of registered shipments, Simple Things undertakes to reimburse the customer for the full amount of their order. The customer is responsible for tracking your order with the registration number provided and for timely picking up your order at the Poste office if it is not delivered to you by the postman. In the event that the order is returned to the sender because it has not been picked up at the Post Office, the remittance will only be made by re-payment of the shipping costs. Any questions:
